When there's nothing on the market that does the job — or nothing you'd trust with your data — we build it. One team takes it from the first schematic to the finished unit on your bench: the circuit, the board, the firmware and the case, handed over as something you own outright.
What we design & make
From a rough idea to a finished product
The electronics, the code and the enclosure are all our work, so what arrives is a complete device rather than a bag of parts.
Custom hardware & PCB design
We start from the problem and work outwards — the circuit that solves it, the board that carries it, the firmware that runs it and the case that houses it. Every design is drawn for manufacture, so it can be milled on the bench for a prototype or sent to a partner fab for a run without redrawing a thing.

Purpose-built test & measurement
Some jobs need an instrument that doesn't exist yet — a jig to exercise a board, a bench to log a sensor for a week, a fixture to prove a part before it ships. We build the rig around the measurement rather than forcing the measurement to fit a rig, and wire it into the rest of your system so the results land somewhere you can actually use them. We build bespoke test equipment for clients across aviation, the yacht industry and education, among others.

Design and manufacture happen under our own roof, minutes from Aztec West — with a bench of tools for the everyday work and trusted partners for the jobs that outgrow it.
